1. ZXW Dongle with software provides convenient access to diagrams and schematics for different devices, such as iPhone, iPad, Nokia, LG, Samsung, BlackBerry, Sony, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, HTC. Zillion x Work (ZXW) dongle is an indispensable device in your mobile phone’s circuit board repair business.

2. To be able to use ZXW Dongle you will need a computer connected to the Internet, otherwise software will not work.

3. Each ZXW Dongle can be registered up to five times (on five different computers).

4. Important: ZXW and Black Fish software will be activated for one year from the moment of first launch. After that period is expired you will have to purchase new activation in order to use the software.

5. Updates/support period starts from the date of initial registration procedure (first dongle upgrade). You can check when your ZXW tool updates/support period expires by going to Help | About section in the software:

If updates/support period of your dongle has expired and you need send us your serial number, you can locate it here:

To activate this product, please, provide us with correct serial number of your ZXW Dongle (13-digit code) while placing an order.

Activation cannot be returned or cancelled if you made a mistake and gave us wrong serial number

Activation process can take up to 24 hours

As soon as the activation process of your dongle is complete, we will notify you via email.

Note: Due to updates on server, there can be order processing delays on weekends and if there are delays on weekends the orders will get resolved in early working hours of the next working day.
